Location: Rotary Friendship Park outside Canmore Civic Centre, 709 A 9th Street (entrance from 6th ave), Canmore. Event will be outside rain or shine. Please come dressed for variable weather conditions.
Who is this event for? This event is family focused and open to all.
What to expect: This is a drop-in event running from 9 AM to 12 PM. There will be pancakes, an opportunity to visit and meet others, play some lawn games or do a craft.
Pancakes with syrup will be available throughout the event in a self-serve buffet style. There will not be dietary alternatives available. Please request to see a list of allergens in the pancake mix as needed.
What to bring: Bring your own water bottle. There are water fountains in the civic centre for refills as needed.

This event is at a wheelchair accessible venue and washrooms are accessible as well.
Gendered washrooms are available in the Civic Centre.
We encourage people to take transit, walk, or bike to get downtown. Paid public parking is available throughout downtown. Accessible parking spots are available beside the Civic Centre on 9th street.
This event will involve standing or sitting on the ground. A few picnic tables are available at the site.
Closest bus stop is: 9th st Canmore, behind Arts Place. It is 210 m from the venue space.
